Rhiannon and Matty

Here are some images from my shoot with my beautiful friend Rhiannon (name meaning horse-goddess, how perfect) and her dude of a horse Matty. Matty wasn't super impressed with the idea of a photoshoot I don't think, but that's ok.... we managed to pass off a few attempted bites as "love bites" :) these two are a really strong team and are best friends. I had heaps of fun hanging out with them (until I walked through a spider web at the end of the shoot, that was awful).

Rhi and I rode and competed horses together from when we were young kids to about the end of our teenage years, so I understand the bond she has with Matty and I've tried to visually portray that. I don't think you could get much of a better best friend than a horse (even when you have to fend off the occasional love bite).

The Strudwick Family

Last week I had a lovely little family shoot with the Strudwick family of Julian, Andrea and Ruben..... three at the moment, soon to be four :)

Opie

Meet little Opie, the most chilled out baby around town. Opie was born on the 9.10.14 and was christened in the ocean at Gracetown. I had a maternity shoot with his parents Melisa and Nathan a few weeks ago now and absolutely loved them, so I was really stoked when they asked me to shoot some family photos for them once their little guy arrived.

This beautiful little family will be heading back over east in a few weeks, I'm incredibly grateful to have met them and been given the opportunity to create these images for them at such a special stage of their lives.
